Who We Are

Rich O'Donnell

Agility Search Group is spearheaded by Rich O’Donnell who has almost 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He began his healthcare career at Grady Memorial Health System in Atlanta, Georgia upon earning his bachelor’s degree in health systems administration from Auburn University.

After leaving Grady, he entered the healthcare recruitment field with CompHealth, an industry pioneer and leader. During the initial stages of his 15+ year career with CompHealth he worked in both the temporary and permanent placement divisions of the company’s physician placement operations. In his last role with CompHealth he started the firm’s allied health and nursing placement division. Under his leadership this group grew from fewer than 5 employees handling one allied health profession to 40 employees providing placement services for five separate allied health and nursing professions.

Rona Fuller

Rona Fuller has nearly twenty years of healthcare experience. She is a highly experienced healthcare recruiter possessing nearly a decade of experience with physician, allied health and mid-level practitioner recruitment. Rona holds a Master's Degree in Social Work and prior to her recruiting career she worked in various healthcare settings including a large teaching hospital with a Level 1 Trauma Center and as a Director of Social Services in a skilled nursing facility.
